These GENERAL TERMS govern the relationship between 'BIDMOTORS' LTD, acting through the website: 'www.bidmotors.bg', hereinafter referred to as 'bidmotors.bg', on one hand, and the Users of the Website (hereinafter referred to as Users), on the other.

These terms of use of the Website contain information about the activities of 'www.bidmotors.bg' and regulate the relationship between us and each of our users. Please read the published General Terms in full before using the Website. By accessing the Website, each User automatically agrees to comply with the terms described below.
TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
On the Website, Users can obtain information about the services provided by 'BIDMOTORS' LTD.
The services include viewing cars exhibited on the Company's Website and participating in auctions. If interested in purchasing a specific car, the User may submit a request for the conclusion of a distance sales contract.
We offer the possibility of free consultation. The consultation includes: processing the information provided by you in our format, selecting cars suitable for you, and sending 5 options based on the criteria you specify.
Every user of the Website can access our closed group on Viber. Joining the group is done by scanning the QR code. You can also find direct links to other communication channels and social networks where we have accounts and find information about us.
In the 'Calculator' section, you can use a calculator, thanks to which you can calculate in real-time what the final price for purchasing a car will be.
PRECONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIPS
Through the Website's contact form, Users can send inquiries to us in the message field.
In order to establish contact with the User, the User should provide: name and email address for communication. We process your personal data to fulfill contractual and pre-contractual obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Website's services can be used without the need for user profile registration.
CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIPS
In case you wish to participate in an auction, you should conclude an individual contract with us.
In order to establish contact with the User, the User should provide: name and email address for communication. We process your personal data to fulfill contractual and pre-contractual obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When entering into a preliminary contract, you should pay a deposit of 15% of the maximum value to participate in the respective auction.
In the 'Cars' section, we offer an additional service called 'Hide the Car'. The service is available on each page for the respective car.
If interested in requesting the service, you can contact us using the above-mentioned contacts to receive guidance on the next steps.
Another option to use the service is by selecting the 'Remove now' button and paying the fee. The selected car is automatically hidden as soon as we receive confirmation that the payment was successful. Sometimes, there may be several ads/publications in the catalog for one VIN number - in this case, all ads are hidden.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The intellectual property rights to all materials and resources located on the Website (including available databases) are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act and belong to the Website or to the respective indicated person who has transferred the right to use the Website and cannot be used in violation of the applicable law.
When copying or reproducing information beyond the permissible, as well as in any other infringement of intellectual property rights over the resources of the Website, 'BIDMOTORS' LTD has the right to claim compensation for direct and indirect damages in full.
Unless expressly agreed, the User may not reproduce, modify, delete, publish, distribute, or otherwise disclose the informational resources published on the Website.
The Website is obliged to take due care to provide the User with normal access to the provided functionalities and informational resources.
The Website reserves the right to terminate access to the provided functionalities and informational resources. The Website has the right, but not the obligation, at its discretion to delete informational resources and materials published on its website.
AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL TERMS
The Website reserves the right to add, modify, or remove services without prior notice.
These General Terms may be amended in connection with the change in the nature of the respective service(s).
If the User does not agree with the changes in the general terms, the User has the right to terminate the contract without specifying a reason and without owing compensation or penalty. To exercise this right, the User must notify the Website within one month of receiving the message under the previous clause.
If the User does not exercise the right to terminate the contract in the manner provided in these general terms, it is considered that the change has been accepted by the User without objections.
APPLICABLE LAW
All matters not regulated by these General Terms shall be governed by the provisions of the applicable law of the Republic of Bulgaria.
The parties agree that if any provision of these General Terms is found to be invalid, this shall not invalidate other clauses or parts of the General Terms. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the mandatory provisions of the law or the actual will of the parties.
All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and good faith. In case no agreement is reached, all unresolved disputes related to the Website, including disputes arising from or related to interpretation, invalidity, performance, or termination, as well as disputes regarding filling in gaps in the General Terms or adapting them to new circumstances, shall be resolved by the competent court under the applicable Bulgarian legislation.
